EV BATTERY PACK LIFTING PLATFORM, LAUNCH TLT610 and TLT615D are ideal for EV battery pack replacement and other routine maintenance. This compact lift is designed for room limited workplace, and it is capable of operating safely and efficiently by mechanical safety lock.

Product description

• Applicable to the replacement of EV battery pack and disassembly/installation of different parts below 1.0 tons of vehicles.
• A typical hand pendant box to control its lowering and lifting remotely.
• Powered by battery to minimize the security risk.
• Twin hydraulic cylinders ensures its stability of lowering and lifting.
• European CE certificated Standard JT155-2004 and BS EN 1570-1-2011+A1-2014 covered.
• The maximum and minimum lifting height is 1900mm and 600mm respectively.
• The compact and space-saving design make it easily transported anywhere, and ideal for multi-bay facilities.
• Move easily in any direction with roller casters and hand truck.

Warranty and Certification

• 12 months carry-in warranty against manufacture defect, effective from the date on delivery
• On-site service available on request, labour and transport charge apply (Including warranty period)
