EV BATTERY AIRTIGHTNESS DETECTOR

After the repair of the battery or modules inside the battery pack is completed, it is necessary to conduct a sealing test before installation. Without this test, if the sealing is inadequate and the vehicle drives on wet roads, it can easily lead to water ingress into the battery pack, causing internal circuit short circuits and ultimately accidents. Therefore, testing the sealing of the battery pack is a mandatory requirement.

• volume, pressure, stage testing time, leakage limit, etc.
• High-sensitivity pressure sensing, high testing accuracy and stability.
• Equipped with a pressure gauge to display real-time pressure curve during the process, making the testing process clear at a glance.
• Supports multiple languages, including: Traditional Chinese, English, German, French, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, etc.

Warranty and Certification

• 12 months carry-in warranty against manufacture defect, effective from the date on delivery
• On-site service available on request, labour and transport charge apply (Including warranty period)
